I went to stop and shop to get my lunch today- I had just found out last week they have sushi there, and spicy sushi, none the less! Spicy sushi is my favorite- once I found out you could make it spicy, I absolutely fell in love with it. As I look at abundant variety of sushi available to me (read: five choices), I came to the disturbing conclusion that there was, in fact, nothing spicy out today.


Whatever, I'm a big girl, I will get some sushi and mix the wasabi into the soy sauce and that will be adequate and life will go on. Upon a more careful examination (just to make sure I didn't miss it!) I found something 100% better than spicy sushi. I found a plastic container of spicy mayo. I found the jackpot, the holy grail, the 'i can put this on any sushi and life will be good' sauce of wonder. So I picked up the "J's special" sauce (complete with 'spicy sauce' written in pen on the label, in case you didn't know what it was I guess...) and add it to my pile of groceries, which included fiber bars and chap stick.

I got a few steps away from sushi land, and I guess the chap stick created an unstable base for the spicy mayo (go figure....) because it tumbled off of the pile and landed on the floor. Fortunately, most of it ended up remaining in the container, but some of it did get on the floor.

I pick it up and pretend I didn't just do that. As I walk away, I realize - I just spilled J's special sauce on the floor.

I started smiling to myself.

"The follower"

Follows you in the fast lane at an unsafe distance. You switch lanes to let them pass (why would they be on your ass like that unless they were in a big hurry, right?). Instead of passing you, they pace your car, often in your blind spot.


"No concept of speed guy"

All of a sudden you see someone coming up on you way too fast. You pull over to let them pass and get in behind them. Within the next minute, they decrease their speed by at least 10mph. You pass them and then a few minutes later, guess who is coming up behind you, once again, way too fast.
Rinse and repeat.
